Indigo Empire

In the heart of Bolinas, where the sea whispers stories of survival and interconnectedness, Charlie Callahan conjures an artwork that resonates with the spirit of the ocean. This piece tells the tale of the humble sea urchin, with its delicate, shimmering mandala emerging from the depths of deep blue. Through splashes of antique gold, the artwork reminds us of the treasures hidden beneath the waves, reflecting our own journey of discovery and responsibility towards marine life. It invites viewers to step closer, to listen, and to engage with the ancient rhythms of the seascape, evoking a sense of wonder and urgency.
