Bee Lady

Kat's Wonderland at its most layered: a regal figure with a bee-striped updo and a crescent moon caught in her hair presides over a scene where nothing behaves the way it should. Her Cheshire-striped cat is folded, impossibly, inside a glass fishbowl with a goldfish for company; a wine bottle labeled "Drink Me" leans against a polka-dot mushroom; and a honey pot marked "HUNNY" spills real, dripping gold down the canvas and onto the antique gold frame itself. Pale blue butterflies drift through the near-black background like the only calm thing in the room.
