Electric Serene

This is Sherri Lynn Carroll at full power — a canvas that crackles with the living energy that defines Lively Vortex at its most untamed. A festival dancer crowned with dark antlers and a jeweled headpiece explodes from the composition, her vast wings of violet and lavender feathers sweeping edge to edge like a creature summoned from between worlds. Iridescent soap bubbles orbit her body like satellites, catching the swirling chartreuse and teal light that pulses behind her in spiraling waves. Every detail — the ornate beaded belt with its hand-painted shells and blue gems, the glinting crystal bracelets, the body paint climbing her collarbone — speaks to decades of meticulous craft rooted in photorealistic watercolor training and sharpened through thousands of hours of mural and festival work.
