Cali

Painting: Acrylic on Canvas. I grew up in California which is mostly yellow-brown hills and fields by early summer. Frankly, I sort of miss it now that I’m a Mojave Desert dweller in Las Vegas. This one is shades of yellow to light ochre with white and patches of blue. It was made with palette knives. The painting conveys a comfortable warmth that really reminds me of those golden fields of my early days. It’s a 3/4 inch thick canvas with a hanging wire fitted on the back of the 36×48 inch canvas. Dimensions: 36 W x 48 H x 0.8 in bright yellow painting
